As we prepare for the big flight tomorrow night here's a peak into our new home..(we moved in three weeks ago)
Here are the components:
DIY photo Panoramas {tutorial at the bottom of this post}
Photo Collage Frames
Large framed photos of our favorites
A world map to document where we have been.
And now for some up-close photos of each...
Our map has color-coded stickers for who has been where. Of course because we live in Asia we have the most stickers there!
When we are in a scenic location we take a number of photos... moving the camera just slightly each time and also rotating the camera from landscape to portrait.
You can see the edge of each individual photo. I then print them, stick them together and take them to a shop to be laminated.

Here are all our panoramas... I stick several Command strips to the back...and slap them on the wall, works great!

Love it! I look forward to "traveling" down your hallway (:
ReplyDeleteCute! I've always wanted a map like that with the places we have been :)
ReplyDeleteHi! Popping over from the blog hop! Wow those photos are great! Forget those wide zoom cameras, I love the feel off the pieced together photos much better!!
ReplyDeleteI really like these ideas!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea!! I really like the look of the pieced photos. Thanks for sharing with us at Link It UP Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI have seen those pictures made out of pictures. THEY ARE SO COOL! I have to try it. I'm really just not sure what to try it with. Do they only work with landscapes?
ReplyDeleteLooove the panorama photos, and the fact that they are complete only when you join them from each side chaotically :) Thanks for living your kind words on my blog.
