Happy Valentines day!!
This is one of my go-to appetizers. Especially when I need to bring finger food to a party!
First, I bake several sheets of Phyllo Dough (with melted butter spread between). On a baking sheet. I would say around 7-10 sheets. Bake until slightly crispy.
The topping is a mixture of:
cooked, chopping spinach (1/2 cup packed tight). I buy this already made in the freezer section in cubes.
1 can of artichoke hearts (chopped fine)
8 oz cream cheese.
I spread that mixture on top of the cooled phyllo dough. Then top with diced cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of garlic salt.
Cut into squares and eat up!
I also wanted to share with you my redone recipe and tutorial archives. I've put a picture of each one linked back to the original post for easy viewing. Hope you will go and check it out. The tabs are at the top of the page!
Now for the WONDERFUL things you are all up to! Here are some of my favorites from last week. I've also pinned these to my pinterest food board. Not sure if its because I'm baking cookies today for Valentines or what... but all my features are sweets! opps!
