Homemade Wrapping Paper

This year my kids and I had a blast making our wrapping paper. We also made a HUGE mess. Fortunately we were outside for this messy adventure. We rolled out two large rolls of brown paper (IKEA). Then put paint on a cookie sheet. The kids walked in the paint, then on the paper. SO fun! I love the finished product and it was a great way to make a lot fast.( Yes, we are outside our apartment buidling on the bike path!)

Oh, and we got our hands into it as well!
and some eye candy to brighten your day!

  6. What a fun idea. Although I'm not sure how much fun my kids would have running around barefoot outside in this weather. I'll have to make some when its warmer and save it. I love your blog. I'm your newest follower. Would love you to stop by DIY Home Sweet Home
